Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you are happy with your DAY 6 order, however if you do change your mind, we will be happy to refund or exchange your order. (minus shipping cost)
Please email orders@day6london.com before you return your item with the order number in the subject heading, so that we can assist you with you return. Please make sure to include your order number and personal information with your return.
Items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging with the security tag still attached within 14 days of receipt. 
Returns are free for UK customers. Whilst we are a new brand, we are unable to offer free returns for international customers and the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot accept items outside the return window or items which are visibly worn or without the security tag attached. For swimwear, your return will not be accepted if the hygiene strip is removed or altered.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for your return, you will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your item.
If an item is returned to us and does not meet our return policy, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange and we will ask you to arrange collection of this item at your own cost.
DAY 6 will not be responsible for uncollected parcels or incurred shipping costs.
Please note, all sale items are final and non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless faulty.

DAY 6 reserves the right to change, revise, or modify these terms and conditions at any time so please read carefully at the time that you place your order.
