Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you are happy with your DAY 6 order, however if you do change your mind, we will be happy to help you with your return.
Steps to return your order (UK):
1) Email orders@day6london.com with your order number in the subject heading, so that we can assist you with you return. Your return must be registered with DAY 6 within 14 days of receipt of your order. Anything outside of this is no long eligible for a return.
2) DAY 6 will assist in creating a Royal mail returns label. A return shipping fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
3) Items must be returned unworn, in its original packaging with the security tag still attached and order number included within the parcel
4) You have 4 days from the label being issued to return your order. After this point the shipping label will expire.
5) Send proof of postage to orders@day6london.com once you have returned your item/items.
Whilst we are a small brand, we are unable to offer free exchanges or return shipping.

Returning orders within the return window and proving reciept of delivery is the responsibility of the customer, this does not effect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept items outside the return window or items which are visibly worn or without the security tag attached. For swimwear, your return will not be accepted if the hygiene strip is removed or altered.
Items bought in the sale and marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected if approved for your return, you will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of DAY 6 receiving your item.
If an item is returned to us and does not meet our return policy, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange and we will ask you to arrange collection of this item at your own cost.
DAY 6 will not be responsible for uncollected parcels or incurred shipping costs.
DAY 6 reserves the right to change, revise, or modify these terms and conditions at any time so please read carefully at the time that you place your order.
