Orders & Shipping

At DAY 6 we aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. You can expect your order to be processed and dispatched within 2-4 days, pending payment authorisation and verification. During promotions and holiday seasons, orders can take up to 6 business days to process due to the high volume of orders. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

DAY 6 ship from London, UK. All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail . All international orders will be shipped via our chosen courier. Shipping times vary with each shipping location.


EU SHIPPING - £45.00


Please note that this information is a guide and unexpected delays may occur. DAY 6 is not responsible for delivery delays due to uncontrollable events, however, we are here to assist you.

When placing an order for international shipping including the EU, the customer agrees to cover any additional customs-associated fees with their shipment. We will include VAT, duty and taxes where applicable. 

If expedited shipping is desired after an order has been placed, please contact us at orders@day6london.com so we can assist you and have your shipping preference updated if possible. 

If you refuse a shipment from DAY 6, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DAY 6.

If you wish to make a change to the order after it has been processed, please contact us at orders@day6london.com and we will let you know if your change is possible.
