Information on the website
Our website is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
DAY 6 uses Shopify payment gateway to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout.
We work hard to ensure that the website is always running smoothly, however we are a new brand and may experience technical difficulties so please be patient with us whilst we assist you through your journey at DAY 6. We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by email shortly after placing your order to resolve the matter.

By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this section. By using our website, you confirm that all information and details provided by you, to us are true, accurate and up to date. You can update or correct your personal details at any time by amending your account details within your personal account.
When placing an order, you must confirm that the credit/ debit card that is being used is yours. There must be sufficient funds to cover the order before your order can be processed. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of us processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Exchange rates, delivery rates and cost prices may fluctuate and therefore all prices advertised are subject to change. Delivery times may vary and will be outlined at the time of order. DAY 6 will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to third parties or unforeseeable circumstances. Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost in their original condition with the original packaging and security tags attached. We are unable to offer any price adjustments on products purchased with DAY 6 which may be included in promotional activity after a purchase. We will only honour the price advertised at the time of your order.
Discount codes
Promotional discount codes and shipping offers are subject to requirements outlined at the time they are posted. Discount codes may be subject to a time and date restriction and cannot be used once the expiry date has passed. Discount codes may apply to a minimum spend if stated and all requirements must be met in order to qualify for the discount. Offers are only valid on full price items unless stated otherwise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. DAY 6 reserve the right to cancel or terminate the promotion without notice.
Competitions and giveaways
By entering to win our competitions and giveaways, the entrant certifies that all details given are correct and accurate and agrees to DAY 6 terms & conditions and privacy statement. The competition winner/s will be chosen fairly, at random after the advertised closing date and will be notified by email within the stated time. The winner must abide by all rules stated within the competition and/or giveaway to qualify for the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, an alternative winner may be chosen. Once the winner has responded with delivery details, the prize will be sent within 10 working days subject to the competition details. DAY 6 may share winners’ names on the website, through social channels and email communications. All competitions are governed by the relevant laws of England and Wales. By participating in the competition, you agree to DAY 6’s collection, use, and disclosure of any personal information you may submit for the purposes of administering the reward. Please be aware of scam accounts that may request details from you. Your information will only be requested through our verified social and email account or agreed third parties.
Law
The terms and conditions outlined on our website are governed by English and Wales law. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our website and any dispute or claim in relation with it will be governed by English and Wales law.
